The stretchy wrap is ideal for newborn carrying and skin-to-skin carrying. It can be used from 8 lbs to 22 lbs OR around 8-9 months.

Care tips

The most important step before using your stretchy wrap is to WASH it!

Although our fabric is pre-washed, the manufacturing process is not complete until the fiber has swollen to fill all the space in the fabric. Not washing your fabric before its first use leaves empty spaces between the stitches, which weakens the fabric and also increases the risk of the fibers shifting and premature wear.

SOAP

Our natural and ecological Gustine soap made from Marseille soap is ideal for washing baby carriers.
It is a mild soap, without optical brightener (bleaching agent), without softener.
Baby soaps are not recommended.
No powdered soap (powder residue can damage the fabric fiber).
Rinse the soap well if it is not a no-rinse soap.

WASHING

We recommend washing in cold water by hand. However, our wraps can be washed in the washing machine on a delicate cycle.

DRYING

We recommend hanging to dry, taking care to wring out well. Avoid putting the Maman Kangourou stretchy wraps in the dryer, it can damage the elastic fiber.

We offer a warranty on certain breakages of our products. Contact us and we will assess your situation and respond to it in the best possible way.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and refunds are only possible within 10 days of receipt of the product.

Exchanges are only possible within 14 days of receipt of the product.
