We offer a warranty on certain breakages of our products. Contact us and we will assess your situation and respond to it in the best possible way.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and refunds are only possible within 10 days of receipt of the product.

Exchanges are only possible within 14 days of receipt of the product.

FINAL SALE

Sale products, conversion kits, and Preschool baby carriers are final sale.

DELIVERY

Gustine Baby Carriers is committed to beginning the delivery process within 3 business days of your order. Delivery times vary depending on your location. At certain times of the year, the order processing process may take a few extra days, but we always do everything in our power to ensure your order leaves our warehouse as quickly as possible. Once the carrier has picked up your order, delivery may take a few days depending on their delivery times.

Free shipping in Quebec on all orders of $149+ (before taxes), and across Canada on orders of $199+.
