Preformed baby carrier, Corduroy.

The corduroy baby carrier has several advantages. It's our softest baby carrier. Baby will be very comfortable there for long naps. It is also a very durable fabric.

Our preformed bags offer 3 carrying positions: front, back and hip. They are not designed for ergonomic carrying when facing the world. We favor hip carrying which allows baby to look at the world when he is awake, but when he is tired, he can rest his head against the carrier.

Our preformed products have passed several tests to guarantee their safety. Our preformed baby carriers are all ATM F2237-16a certified. In addition, they have passed tests to certify the structure, fabric and flammability. All our fabrics are OKEO-TEX certified and free of toxic substances. The foam in our preformed products is antibacterial and anti-mold.

INSTALLING THE BABY CARRIER WITH A NEWBORN

Use belt clips up to 15 lbs. (For babies over 15 lbs, use the underarm clips.)

Notes: The Gustine Evolution is a fully adjustable baby carrier. It allows you to change the height and width of the carrier as your baby grows without having to use a booster seat.

Notes: The Preschool is large enough for good weight distribution and comfort with 4 years old and older children. It usually fits around 38 inches and a minimum pant size of 4T.

Care tips

The most important step before using your Gustine is to WASH it!

Although our fabric is pre-washed, the Gustine manufacturing process is not complete until the fiber has swollen to occupy all the space in the carrier's fabric. Not washing your Gustine before its first use leaves empty spaces between the stitches, which weakens the weave and also increases the risk of the fibers shifting and premature wear.

SOAP

Our natural and ecological Gustine soap made from Marseille soap is ideal for washing baby carriers.
A mild soap, without optical brightener (bleaching agent), without softener.
Baby soaps are not recommended.
No powdered soap (powder residue can damage the fabric).
Rinse the soap well if it is not a no-rinse soap.

WASHING

Hand wash in cold water.
Squeeze out well, especially the padding.

DRYING

Remove as much water as possible from the padding.
Hang to dry. Do not put in the dryer.
Avoid direct heat sources and do not iron.
